Why do i get sharp stomach pains every time after I eat chocolate ?

IBS? Maybe you developed an allergy to something or have some kind of viral infection? It sonds like agood question for your doctor if it keeps it up. Just keep some pepto or something on you so you can take it at the first signs of a stomach ache and you should be fine at work...I know it sounds dumb, because I would worry about getting sick at work as well, but the more you think about it the more its going to bother/upset you!
