Is it 6 mm or 10mm earth wire has to be connected to sink and gas meter in accordance with new regulations?

Also ,under boiler ,having crossbonded the pipes does the earth wire have to go to fuseboard?Can I use the same earth wire to connect to sink and pipes under boiler without cutting it?
