21 weeks pregnant and after ultrasound i was told the baby had a little issue with its bowels.?

the dr scheduled me for an appointment in a week so in this week i guess im supposed to just wonder about all this?? anyone ever have this happen to them or is there any ultrasound techs or anything that could explain to me what this means or what this could be?
