Halo 3 legendary map pack not playing.. HELP?

I recently downloaded the halo 3 legendary map pack. to my dismay it doesnt work offline. the maps arent even in the list of maps to choose from. i already tried downloading it agian and the xx LB RB xx code i dont know what to do helpp.
