How do I eliminate processed foods and start a vegetarian diet?

Vegetarians also eat processed foods. Some brands that sell foods such as soy burgers, microwavable TV dinners, Thai Kitchen noodles, etc. Processed foods often have high sodium content, which can create health problems such as high blood pressure or fluid retention. Processed Vegetarian or Vegan Foods can contain sensitive to additives such as monosodium glutamate, colors and dyes. In the end, eating whole foods is the safest bet for vegans and vegetarians. The control over ingredients will help the individual to avoid the task of deciphering what is actually contained in a product.
