My stepson doesn't work? He is a taker not a giver.?

When I was working, I would go to work and come home and he is still on the couch asleep, I am sure he had been up drinking and drank his self back in to a coma. I know you are thinking where is his Dad, he is here, but he really doesn't know what to say to him either. Any suggestions?
