Am I going to be okay?

I noticed my left testicle is lower and bigger than my right there is no pain. I am also having a problem taking deep breaths and yawning. And I also cannot get an for some reason. The tip of my is kind of cold and when I take a bath and warm it up it is still hard to get an . I am going to the doctors on monday and am very scared and I am only 14. Do you think it is any kind of cancer and if it is will the surgury or treatment be painful. If it is testicular cancer will they put you to sleep our do something were it won't hurt because I have never had surgury before and I am very worried.
