What should I expect?

Well, I have been in the US for a while (~6 years)- originally from India. I am considering marrying an ABCD (American-born confused desi) in an arranged-marriage system (very preliminary stage); I am career-oriented woman, as well. I am a bit concerned that there may be some cultural differences (I am not too westernized, as I am deep-rooted with Indian values). Also, this completely dismisses any possibility of me going back home in future, as he is obviously American. Thirdly, his family is here as well- I dunno what kinda expectation they have. I am so confused. Of course, I would be interacting with the guy & his family shortly after the “preliminary procedures”, if you know what I mean. What should I expect, or what all compromises would I have to make, if atall? What do they expect of me?
