I need help urgently on my aquarium at home?

The tank isn't done cycling - cleaning everything is rarely a good idea. The oily stuff on the surface is surplus proteins, which is an indication that you feed too much. I've never used them myself, but there are products available which should speed up the cycling process. This should be available at the local pet store.
