I have clicking in my jaw when I eat, knots on my spine and my wrist hurts every once in while what is this?

For the past month or so my wrist has been hurting like its sprained except Ive never had injury to it. Im not sure if my jaw problem is tmj or tmd but it does pop or click when I eat. I dont have any other problems except that if its tmj and my back aches alot to the point at times where I want to cry in the middle on the spine.
