Decorating Christmas Cookies?

Hi, I wanted to decorate christmas cookies for xmas, like a santa clause, snowman, elf, etc... But I don't know how to bake. Does anyone know the best store to buy pre-made platter of un-cut cookies, so then I could just cut them out and decorate them? Need like 12. Thankssss
