Advice for honeymoon cruise?

My fiance's parents just booked us a honeymoon cruise on the Carnival 'Legend". Our ports of call are Cozumel, Belize, Isle Roaton, and Grand Cayman. We both are super excited. I just wondered if any of you have been on this ship and could offer advice on shore excursions or anything else that may be helpful.
